While there are a few basic things that you will need to get started, your specific needs will vary based on some early decisions you can make. Now that you know what you have and what you need, the process to go from “I want to start an academy” to “We have an academy” is an exciting journey. Finding the location, identifying and hiring the team, and clarifying a relationship with a sponsoring organization (like a faith community, a wellness organization, a community foundation, a community service center) are just a few of the things you will be involved in. We will work with you during this process and assure a smooth pre-launch.

Our team has developed a comprehensive set of training materials to help you prepare for a successful beginning and we take a very hands-on approach to making sure your launch goes smoothly. During the first semester of operations you will be exhilarated, nervous and working hard – but rest assured, we will be taking every step of this journey with you.
