Brain Fitness Academy at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church is a Church Ministry that was started in 2023 to help people with cognitive changes and early dementia. The curriculum includes brain exercises and language arts, including journaling, word games, storytelling, sequencing activities, etc., and each session is different. Support, education and resources are made available to caregivers who have additional psychosocial needs.

The First United Methodist Church of Winter Park is located in the heart of Winter Park and was the first BFA location. Housed within a beautiful and sprawling complex of facilities, members find it easy to get in and out of BFA.
